I sometimes find it amazing how most of us speak the same language but some of the most effective forms of communication come without words!
For years mankind communicated with little grunts and groans long before any languages involving words were invented
We can tell people how we feel just by the way we move our body, the way we walk or even how we perform a task.
Walking into a room slouched over, head down and dragging your feet will tell others you are not feeling very good about yourself, but if you walk in standing up straight with your head held high and whistling your favorite song, then that would tell others you are in a pretty good mood!
It is also easy to see that someone close to you is in a bad mood just by observing their actions. They might not talk as much as they normally would or they might make more noise than usual.
There is no doubt that how we think shows in the way we act. Attitude is everything and is in fact a mirror of the mind. It shows in our every movement, our every sound and every action.

I find that if you are in a bad mood then you will often bring others around you down as well. I like to look at myself as a mirror. If you want others to respond to you then you need to be in a positive state and show you are full of spirit and willing to listen to them.
Try getting yourself in that state first thing in the morning and then work on keeping that state of mind throughout the day. You won’t need to talk much to influence someone, they will already be mirroring your positive energy and their day will be better thanks to your positive communication.
What you give is what you get. This statement is so true and stands firm in the art of communication.
